Top-notch service

The Honda dealer could not figure out what was wrong with my hybrid. One day at Tucson hybrids and all issues were addressed. Top-notch service, for a fair price .

Would definitely use them

We didn’t end up needing their services but they were very very helpful with our many questions on the phone when we were considering buying a Prius in Tucson. Would definitely use them for battery help in the future.

I HIGHLY recommend

I brought my Lincoln MKZ hybrid in to have major engine repairs done. Parts take a long time to get these days but Priscilla fought to get my car back to me as fast as possible. The repair was covered by a third party warranty and the process for submitting the claim was brutal, but Priscilla spent a ton of time dealing with them on my behalf in order to make sure I didn’t get stuck with a huge bill. The quality of work done was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend if you own a hybrid

I didn’t do alot of shopping around, but I still felt that the repair costs were reasonable. I’m glad I found this place for my 2007 Toyota Camry Hyrbrid. I will certainly be back for any additional repairs it would need. Hopefully not for a long time:) Thank you Tucson Hybrids.

Nice staff

Took my car to the Toyota dealership initially. They told me I needed a new hybrid battery and it would cost 4000. They also said any type of refurbishment or repair would be a nightmare. I took it to Tucson hybrid for a second opinion, they tested it twice, hooked it up to their machines and sent me pictures of the computers results. There was nothing wrong with the battery! Nice staff too.

I’ve come to Tucson battery routinely

I’ve come to Tucson battery routinely for car maintenance for the past 3 years. I don’t own a hybrid car, but they are incredibly helpful and thorough with my 2005 Toyota solara. I would highly recommend taking your car here, the women in the office are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable along with the mechanic!

ready within another 24 hours

We have a fleet of Prius’ for our security company in Tucson. One of our vehicles had a mechanical and electrical issue that was looked at by a mobile mechanic and “fixed”. The vehicle began having the same issues within a couple days and we brought it to Tucson Hybrids. Within 24 hours they had a complete diagnostic breakdown for the vehicle which included pricing. After discussing what the main issue was, they had the vehicle repaired and road ready within another 24 hours. The customer service was also exceptional.

Excellent high quality job done

Excellent high quality job done in good time. Even for my older hybrid, a first generation 2003 Prius, they are able to still service and get it running healthy.

Five stars for this place!!

I took my Hyundai to the dealership because it smelled like something burning. They ran some tests and told me all was well. When it still put off that smell, I called to get a more thorough inspection. They said I could come by in July (this was April). I took a chance on Tucson Hybrid and they took me in the same day, diagnosed the trouble within and hour or two (some kind of tube was “just hanging” and the engine coolant was running out, and they fixed it and had it back to me the next day. Five stars for this place!!
